Full Moon Energy Drench delivers 15.3 MJE.

Cows with low calcium, during the first 90 days post calving, have a greater incidence of health problems compared to those with normal to high calcium levels.

Calcium is a fundamental mineral for the proper function of the cow’s body. It has multiple functions:

The most common link to low calcium concentrations in cows is post-calving hypocalcaemia (milk fever). Hypocalcaemia is linked with:

• Prolonged calving
• Fertility issues
• Uterine infections
• Decreased rumen and abomasum contractions.

Contains two sources of calcium:

1. Calcium oxide as lime
2. Calcium propionate, a chelated (organic form) that improves absorption and helps prevent the calcium from interacting with other compounds.

It also contains magnesium sulfate (mgS salt), like calcium is an essential mineral over the transitional period. Molasses, MPG and soya bean oil for a vital energy boost.

Full Moon supersedes Over the Moon, Resolute & Rite Start brands and comes in a 1 litre, 20 litre and 200 litre drum.

Full Moon is an improved formulation which flows better and the calcium is in an organic form so more available to the cow.
