Description
Stock Iodine 10% Oral Supplement
- Iodine is an important trace element.
- Deficiency can occur in areas where the water and feed are low in iodine. Goitrogenic (producing goitre) feeds such as brassicas (eg: rape, kale, turnips, cabbage) will aggravate a deficiency. Star grass and clover can cause an indirect deficiency through the production of cyanogens.
Important: Stock Iodine should be dispersed throughout troughs – it is extremely toxic in large quantities.
